THIS SERVICE-LEVEL AGREEMENT is entered into by and between Heraldic Clouds, hereinafter referred to as the Provider, and you, hereinafter referred to as the Client.
- GENERAL
The servers used by Heraldic Clouds web hosting service, and any third party software, operating systems, plugins, widgets, frameworks and any technology that powers the Client’s Web Site is licensed, not sold, to the Client by the respective third-party owners for use only under the terms of respective licenses.
The Client will own copyright for any content on the Web Site, unless otherwise specified.
- DEFINITION, SCOPE AND QUALITY OF SERVICES
The Provider shall perform and render services related to Client’s Web Site maintenance. The services will include the following:
- Updating the server’s operating system and web server software;
- Ensuring 99 percent server uptime;
If the Client selects the Power web maintenance plan, the Provider additionally agrees to:
- Upon request provide the Client with site visitor statistic report;
- Post multimedia or text content to the Client’s Web Site upon the Client’s request;
- Create seasonal offers, colors, graphics and related materials;
- Modify visual appearance of the Website as well as styles, layout and/or page structure;
- Provide the Client with a professional advice on the technical aspect of design considerations and structural suggestions of the Client;
If the Client selects the Eleet web maintenance plan, the Provider additionally agrees to:
- Upon the Client’s request update the Client’s mobile apps developed by the Provider;
The Provider reserves the right to courteously decline a design consideration of the Client in the case that such consideration is objectively impractical, incompatible or interfering with underlying technologies.
Additionally, Heraldic Clouds will improve the Web Site’s search engine optimization and web traffic by placing contextual Internet hyperlinks, hyperlinks to Heraldic Clouds’s web site www.heraldic.cloud, as well as products and text that relates to the Web Site’s content;
- PERIOD OF CONTRACT
This Agreement shall be valid for the period of the Client’s active (paid) subscription. Heraldic Clouds reserves the right to terminate this agreement and cancel an active subscription.
- CHARGES AND CONDITIONS
In consideration of services rendered by the Provider, the Client agrees to pay the Provider $80 per month for the Power plan or $100 per month for the Eleet plan.
The services will be provided remotely on the Provider‘s own schedule.
5.CHANGES IN THIS AGREEMENT
Heraldic Clouds reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement with prior notice to the Client.
